Dr. Jenei Zsuzsanna (PhD)

Dr. Zsuzsanna Jenei started her university studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Szeged (2000), graduated in 2005, then worked at the Institute of Clinical Chemistry of the University of Szeged until 2006. She completed her PhD studies at the Institute of Chemistry, University of Warwick, England, between 2006-2010.

Since 2010, she has been working in the Biochemistry and Immunology Department of the Pro-Vitam Diagnostic and Research laboratory. Since 2017, she is a member of the Pro-Vitam research team. Between 2020 and 2022, she worked in the Molecular Biology Department of the Pro-Vitam laboratory on the processing and PCR analysis of Covid-19 samples.

Her main research activities include:

• Development of new diagnostic methods
• Development of multiplex methods for rapid testing of hepatitis viruses
