Prof. Dr. Vulturar C. Romana is a doctor since 1996 and a doctor in the field of Medicine – Cellular and Molecular Biology since 2004, both titles being obtained within the University of Medicine and Pharmacy „I. Hatieganu” from Cluj-Napoca. She also followed a master’s degree program in the field of Molecular Medicine and Neurosciences, and between 2000-2005 she followed the residency in medical genetics, being involved in the diagnosis of rare diseases, such as genetic diseases of metabolism. He is head of works within the Cell and Molecular Biology Discipline of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy „I. Hatieganu”. She has been a member of the Cognitive Neurosciences Laboratory since 2008, coordinating the development of laboratory protocols in genetic association studies and contributing to studies aimed at understanding neurobiological mechanisms and interactions between genetic and environmental factors in emotional regulation. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Promedical Center team.
